danger to keep us and our loved ones safe. For those of you that do not know who I am, my
name is Gestine Geigy and I am sixteen years old. I am a junior at Northeast high school, and
currently I do not work anywhere. I am running for sergeant and corporal, even though sergeant
is what I actually want, I figured there would not be any spots available for this position. I did
not go to state police camp, Washington D.C training, or Youth Police Camp, but did go to Fort
Indiantown Gap once. Even though that was a long week I loved the experience I got at Fort
Indiantown Gap. I been in this wonderful program now for a whole year.
I have had many accomplishments …show more content…
I also have many minor accomplishments they
include going to Fort Indiantown Gap, attending the pope detail, Jefferson hospital’s mass
casualty drill, and going to a majority of details. I am not involved in any units in this program,
but I am planning on joining a unit soon. I been to a majority of the major details, but
unfortunately I could not make it to some details because of various reasons. I have had a
moderate amount of experience in working with people and being a leader, from multiple
leadership camps I have attended outside of this program.
I can make multiple changes to this program, making this program into a outstanding
program, that will make similar programs envious of our discipline, expertise and respect for
others. I would like to change multiple to this program. One of the changes I would like to
accomplish in this program would be something I named “twelve for one”. What this would do
is, if an explorer come in twelve Saturdays in a row without any writeups, then the explorer is
eligible to clear of one of his writeups of his records. Another change that I would like to fulfill
when I get promoted, would be the relationship between supervisors and explorers.
