Traveling
Traveling means going from one place to another. It makes one see the world from a different perspective as no two people's opinion can be the same on the places they have traveled to.
Different reasons leads to traveling and some of the reasons why people travel are to take vacations or holidays, recreational purposes, tourism, research traveling for the purpose of information gathering, pilgrimage, migration and traveling to transact business.
Motives for Traveling
People are motivated to travel by different things which could be one of the following:

There are different ways of traveling from one place to the other. This can take place on land (rail and road), on water and in the form of air transportation. Some of these means of transportation include the following:
1. Air Transport: this is the second fastest means of transportation. Vehicles used for traveling in the air include helicopters, airplanes, hot air balloons and parachutes.
Airplane traveling is of two types which are domestic and international flights. Domestic flight is the one where you travel from one place to another in the same country, while international flights involve traveling from one place in one country to another place in a different country. Airplanes usually have different travel classes for people. There is economy class, business class and first class depending on how financially buoyant you are.
2. Road Transportation: the surface of roads are usually covered by gravel, ashpalt or concrete. Traveling on the road is achieved by using cars, buses, trucks, bicycles, motorcycles and by walking. While cars are flexible, they occupy much space and are sources of air pollution because of the smoke they emit and they also contribute to noise
