In the video , numerous people were asked to complete various tasks while driving in a secluded area. The tasks involved taking on the phone, reading a map , applying makeup and etc. The results showed that more than half the people participating in the dual task performed less than sixty percent on a scale to a hundred. The reason is that their cognitive resources were allocated amongst the task the person was completing. Some tasks required more attention than the other. Multi- tasking does not compromise for task accuracy because each tasks requires a certain amount of attention. Therefore, the attention on each of the task is not a hundred percent attention focus. Each person has a two track mind , meaning that he or she is simultaneously processing information separately on the conscious and unconscious
