My family comes from a large background of German heritage and it is quite noticeable in the way we act. German people are very direct, like to have rules, they’re hard workers, and they love their beer. Their diets consist of mostly pork, hearty cuisines, bratwurst and of course, beer since the country is known as the birthplace for many different kinds. They even have a holiday called “Oktoberfest” which is the largest beer party in the world. They are mostly old fashioned, which is understandable. They do not care as much about fashion, just like most German people don’t. Although, the fashion world in Germany is becoming more popular than it used to be by hosting fashion week at least twice a year. I care about and am interested in today’s fashions, like most young adults are, unlike my family. When it comes to buying clothing, I buy mine mostly online or in the store and my family buys mostly in store or with a catalog since they are a bit behind in the technological world. Buying clothing online is the most convenient way to buy clothing in my opinion because when you are constantly on the run and busy with work, you do not have time to go into the store and look around for what you want to buy. Just like the German people, they are constantly working hard, so they need a quick and easy way to get what they need and
