It is important to know oneself in order to succeed in life. One of the tools in which one can use to do this is by the use of a SWOT analysis in which one identifies his strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. These are basically internal and external factors which influence the decisions that one make in their life more so in their career. This paper will contain elements of my own SWOT analysis, my action plan and highlight some of the benefits of such and analysis as well as where they are most relevant. Personality test
I took an online personality test which showed me that I am highly midrange level to most of the big five factors the test considered. These factors were openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion and agreeableness. It however showed that I have a low score concerning my reactions to situations in which I appear more relaxed. This is true as I tend to be calmer in certain situations in order to refocus my energies better.

I therefore plan to dedicate 3 hours a week to the study of solar energy.
