First of all, the best meeting I had attend it during my military career was during a manning meeting at my current squadron. This meeting was set to be focus and have a specific goal in mind. The time was set at 0900 a.m. The Manager Superintendent of personnel was the speaker. The other parties involved was Program Section manager, Flight line manager, and Home Station Check inspection manager. This meeting only last approximately an hour.
