Each chapter had a key concept and a theory to practice that gave a summary of the chapters.

The key concept is the critical mass of the staff drives a culture of university achievement. The University pledged to be committee to creating to create a school that knows no limits to the academic success of each student.

What are the most common reasons why educators become jaded? What actions might ensure that we don’t lose sight of the commitments that we once made as new educators entering the profession?
I did not become jaded at a given moment. I became jaded over the years when the philosophy of the program I am working in was play. As a home visitor I was not able to provide teachable material to the parents. Many times the parents would ask me for a fact sheet. They wanted printed material that included alphabets and pictures to help them create a visual learning environment for the children. Before Act 3 in 2012 which allow us to implement the school readiness goals and teaching strategy gold I had to use what was in the home to help the parent teach their child. The parents became bored and the child was bored. I will never lose sight of utilizing what was in the home because we collaborating on doing the best for the child. We used old newspaper, cereal boxes and old containers which left the parents clueless. We still make puzzles from cereal boxes and use items in the home for
