Language is a tool used by people to communicate with each other. Language able to exchange knowledge, beliefs, opinions, wishes, threats, commands, thanks, promises, declarations and so on. People use many variations languages in communicating in order to share their feelings and ideas such as verbal and nonverbal communication. According to Buck (2002), there are two types of communication. They are: verbal communication and nonverbal communication. Verbal communication is the way of communicating messages by using words as elements. Nonverbal communication is the way of communicating messages by using gesture, body movements, eye contact, facial expression, or general appearances as the elements.

1.3 Aims of Study
Based on the problems above, the aims of the study are as follows:
1. To classify types of illocutionary act are used in the movie “Hangover”
2. To identify and describe how the nonverbal communication does affect in illocutionary acts that used in the movie “Hangover”
1.4 Scope of Discussion
Base on the problems and aims of study above. This study focus only on the illocutionary act and its type such as representatives, directives, commissive, expressive, and declarations and body language affect in types of illocutionary acts. She used descriptive method. The theories that she used are theory of speech acts purposed by Austin (1962) and John Searle (1979), theory context of situation purposed by Hymes (1972). Her study and this study have similarities and differences. Purwaningsih raised the same topic with this study about illocutionary acts.
The differences between her study and this study are she used novel as the data source but this study used movie. Then, in the second research problem she focuses to find out the force. She made clear analysis in the types of illocutionary acts. So, her study is good.
