Hospital and healthcare facilities that offer training seminars related to the importance of good communication may reduce complaints from patients, mal practice, and ineffective healthcare team communication issues. Making connections, filling out documentations on patients, and corresponding with colleges to ensure that everyone understands the situations all relates to communication in
