The serving size for a Coca Cola is 1 can that contains 12 fluid ounces and each serving contains 140 calories. In addition, the amount of carbohydrates in a Coca Cola is 39 grams, which uses 13% of your daily values. Also, Coca Cola does not contain any grams of fat. The amount of sodium one serving contains is 45 milligrams, which is 2% of your daily values, and Coca Cola contains 0 grams of protein. Both of these beverages contain 39 grams of carbohydrates, both don’t contain any grams of fat, and the juice contained only 1 more gram of protein than the can of soda did. Furthermore, the major difference I found while comparing the two beverages was the amount of sodium in the Coca Cola was more than twice the amount of the fruit juice (the fruit juice containing 20 milligrams of sodium and the soda containing 45 milligrams of sodium).
