There are 88.5% of Orang Asli in Peninsular who have regular medical health check up while 79.54% seek modern medical treatment for illness. This finding shows that Orang Asli are relatively high in acceptance of modern medical services. However, Orang Asli remain practicing with traditional medical due to the traditional culture of Orang Asli and effectiveness of traditional medical in health care. Wolff (1965) attributes the reason of Orang Asli practice with the traditional medical is due to the culture of spiritual. Cultural of Orang Asli is associated with the nature. Meaning and concept of health among Orang Asli are associated with supernatural. They believe supernatural agent can keep health and cure the illness. In fact, traditional medical knowledge of Orang Asli is to help them in passing through generations and assure their survival until today (Nicholas & Lasimbang 2004). The diversity of culture, tradition, living, beliefs and language is caused by an ethnicity and location which are reflected with living land and nature (Kardooni 2014). In this case, their unique culture was impacted by the used and practice of traditional medical. Past studies was state there are similarities between tribe of Semang, Jahut and Kensiu in traditional medical. Traditional medical of these 3 tribe are associated with the nature and plant. However, different species of plant as a traditional medical illness are practiced among tribes (Samuel et al 2010; Ong et al 2013 & Nur Shahidah Mohammad 2012) .
