erectus ( upright man) the closest to modern humans were vastly different than H. habilis, and it was capable of doing much more such as having the ability to talk, and having more social interaction, and better use of the tool. H.erectus had a bigger brain, which lead to better abilities like social interaction, use of the tool, and traveling. H. erectus had a very similar psychic as modern humans, and adapting to the upright life really well. Researchers later found out that they were associated with Acheulean “ hand axes”, and had the ability to make and use fire (18). The handaxes were generally used to help cut into large animals to access the meat. Research later found that human ancestors had the ability to use fire and cook. With the advancement of fire the ancestors were able to get more nutrients out of the food and become stronger. The ancestor also had an early version of baskets made out of clay to hold and store things. They also created shovel like tools to help with the new way of things like farming.
Agriculture is relatively new to society only dating back about 10,000 years, but modern humans have been around 100,000 years. There may be many reasons why agriculture became to exist, such as lack of animals to hunt and lack of food to gather. many people had to move to begin farming because of the climate of Africa. “ the first concrete evidence of crop domestication in West Africa Forest zone appears in 3000 bce” (Gilbert and Reynold 45 ).Furthermore some crop across the globe can be traced by to Africa, because the early nomadic people took the crops and spread them across the
