Staring from Emotional Intelligence (EI), EI arouses the awareness of social dynamics between employees and customers which offering “Fun” and enjoyable working environment is a way to success. People who enjoy their jobs are likely to engage more in their work; otherwise, people might have resentment and could start to have negative affect on the work quality or they may even consider of quitting the job.
