To recap our patient safety guidelines we had another incident yesterday. I have communicated several times in the past that we need to check at the beginning of our shifts that all emergency equipment is at bedside. I will be available to help everyone be successful in their role by conducting in-services next week on our expectations and guidelines. This is mandatory going forward that each therapist at the beginning of their shift is ensuring that the following emergency equipment is at each bedside for all airways/trachs:
