Abstract
A medical worker is licensed to not communicated the patient's information with any family members, unless he/she is told too. Privacy information are suppose to be given to a patient's when he or she has requested it. Patients privacy rights are powerful determined controlled over all medical records by VA researchers. Health providers must remain mindful of their boundaries and patients privacy and rights. Nurses have to perceived behavioral control on maintaining patients privacy during hospitalization. All patients must be provided with privacy notice. Patient privacy is important to be asked by the patient. The medical assistant that is attending you, should have the right to give you the space you're requesting. A medical assistant should provide an informed consent to confirm that patient is willing to have the procedure, any risks. The patient has the right to deny the procedure in any situation.
Patients should be aware of their privacy rights and able to specify and delegate the access control of their data. Granting patients to role of pro-active consumers that have the right to make their own choices as well as the ability to act and be responsible for them. Privacy itself seemed to be rated highly for nurses even if they don't always succeed in fulfilling the patient's privacy needs.
A physician shall respect the rights of patients privacy. The privilege belongs to the patients and permits special confidential relationships which is patients have the right to their privacy that shouldn't be infringed without informed consent. Any patients information shouldn't be distributed to others without a patient's consent.
