The authors outlined the process, reaction, and findings of the program as a more efficient way of training and developing leadership skills with the goal of determining whether the method would gain acceptance among the participants and prove to be more effective and productive than previous instruction. For our own purposes, this study may be used as a guide for creating a similar training program in another industry. Leeson and Millar (2013) provide a detailed description of the elements of the program and their importance, the process of implementation, and the way in which results may be measured. Surveys were gathered from participants with two responses which merit special attention. The first concerned a nearly 40% increase in the creation of ideas as a result of active listening, and the second response revealed that participants were approximately 40% more proactive, happier, and organized (Leeson & Millar, 2013). The results of this study provide substantial evidence for the positive effective of enjoyable training programs used to create more effective
