Perception
Perception, conflict and stress are all part of an ever revolving door. Each on their own is a challenge to deal with. Unfortunately they usually walk hand in hand. Perception leads to conflict, which in turn leads to stress and so on. If one realizes the loop and takes steps to resolve the issues it can be prevented from continuing. Negotiation is an excellent tool for conflict resolution, if used properly. For one to understand these concepts, they must be studied, discussed and dealt with in a professional manner. Perception, conflict and stress can be minimized and corrected with the proper tools.

Human behavior is shaped by their perceptions not on facts. Humans habitually interpret what they see, hear, touch, taste, and smell into something that makes logical sense (Milbourne, 2001). Each individual sees, hears, touches and smells things differently. This may explain how two people can see the same thing but interpret it differently. People’s behaviors are not based on reality itself, but it is based on what their perception of reality
