Atkinson has a history of cardiac and hypertension. It is unclear if she has ever had a bone density test so we are not sure how well her bones will heal. The fracture is just below the shoulder. She is not able to move the shoulder to allow for the fracture to heal. This puts her at high risk for a frozen shoulder. She is seeing Dr. Keller every two weeks and is being closely monitored. The Official Disability Guidelines for a proximal humerus fracture is 27 to 54 days.
PLAN/ RECOMMENDATIONS

2. Attend the next appointment with Dr. Keller on 5/14/18. Obtain a current treatment plan with projections for recovery. Address a work status.
3. Update Ms. Castle after each appointment. She will update the employer.
