My ongoing study of science A-levels have helped shape my perception of optometry, specifically biology which sparked my interest in human disease, alongside chemistry and physics which have enhanced my problem solving abilities. In contrast, business evoked my interest in the commercial and legislative side of optometry. Collectively, these subjects have enabled the application of mathematical and scientific information- which I understand to be vital in the field of optometry.
