When interacting she is willing to speak up and talk to other. When playing with others he is willing to speak up and listen to others. Compared to class settings he seems more comfortable to speak up. Recommendation: Continue to have Zach interact and talk in the classroom. Provide Zach the opportunity to communicate with classmates, and in front of the class. Each time in front of the class have him talk in front of the class to continue to get her comfortable with using language in front of others.
Writing and Drawing
Zach can distinguish between drawing and writing. Zach understands the different between drawing and writing, which both can represent meaning. He is able to demonstrate that writing it made of letters, and drawing is creating a picture. Zach writes his name with great accuracy, and was focused on the different letters throughout his name. He was unable to write another name other than his own. Also, he understands that people write for different reasons such as messages, stories, and lists.
Recommendation: Work on letter recognition and focus on how different letters make up differ words. Focus on writing different words that he is able to relate to, and help him under the concept of different words and how they can be
