I been working on looking on labels two reason for this and because of wheat allergy that so many food contain it and even products such as detergents, shampoos, even in toilet paper and diapers and if have other allergy such as corn, or a latex can be overwhelming to avoid. So can be deadly not mention of the food that animal eat either of corn or wheat so what does that mean if eat which from my daughter and myself can get sick from eating just meat.
A gluten free is best, but like I said if the livestock ate it that can build up in my system I get sick so I have to stay on the allergy pills. This is one of the message I like to get across when I am nutritionist to have them check for any food allergy, especially wheat, because it 's every where can cause many problems.
