One feature that makes Ancient Egypt a civilization is religion. Religion to the ancient Egyptians was very important because they believed the way they lived their lives is a representation of their gods, and would lead them to the afterlife. They lived by the concept of living truthful in harmony, with balance, and order also known as the religious concept from the goddess ma’at. This concept kept order between the different social classes of people because they believed every part of earth was made by the gods.
