Many people are unsure of whether a saved person can lose his or her salvation and whether once they are saved are they eternally saved. We have a choice to make before even asking this question, we have the choice of whether or not to commit our lives to Christ. When we assume that the person is saved, we can look at many passages that verify that a person cannot lose their salvation.
