Ethos is the ethical appeal to audiences. The audience is more likely to accept your argument if you establish that you are trustworthy. Ethos all depends on trust, respect, and credibility. NPR and CNN are two of the most well- known new medias in the United States right now. NPR is known for its articles being balanced, so it appeals to to all audiences. For example, during the 2016-1017 election, NPR looked at both candidates strengths and weaknesses, the presented the good and bad of each candidate.
