The Bolshevik Revolution was in Russia and began in 1917. It was started by millions of people who were motivated to change the history of the world. But when Czar Nicholas II forced over 11 million peasants to fight in World War I, the Russian people lost confidence with their injuries and the loss of life. This left Russia in ruins, ready for revolution. The Bolshevik Party then fought hard for their Freedom. Militarism created many new weaponry and advanced technology that improved modern warfare. Military power became very popular during World War I because everybody wanted to show off their military power.
