The use of predictive analytics, on the hospital readmission, should be able to predict who among the patients is likely to be readmitted to the hospital. A patient with a heart disease for example. Managing this type of risk could involve the patient having to wear a monitor to measure their heart rate or rhythm. The data collected would be best used to make the medical decision and prevent readmission.
