The United States Army is arguably the most powerful Army in the world. Its endurance from the Cold War era to current unconventional conflicts of the modern day has proven its resiliency. The United States Army is undoubtedly a profession, and the leaders in the United States Army have critical and important role, ADRP1 defined and described the Army Profession and the Army Ethic as “Army Profession – A unique vocation of experts certified in the ethical design, generation, support, and application of land power, serving under civilian authority and entrusted to defend the Constitution and the rights and interests of the American people” (ADRP 1), which includes all soldiers in the United Stated Army.
