There are millions of children who are not adopted worldwide and over 250,000 of those children are in the United States. It is odd that people would want to stop same-sex couples from adopting them. There is no research that shows that anyone adopting from Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer etc, adopting has a negative impact on the children that they adopt. In the Netherlands 8 in 10 partner adoptions are by lesbian women. These children have grown up to lead normal productive lives. There is a lot of talk about homosexuals has a choice to be gay therefore they will turn their children gay. Research has shown you can’t turn someone gay it is more biological. For example, homosexual men tend to have softer voices and lesbian women sometimes have masculine jaw lines. Also, there was a pheromone test showing that homosexual men who smelled women and men shirts reacted more to the male shirts while lesbians reacted to women shirts and heterosexuals reacted to either of the sexes. All of that is biological. Therefore homosexual couples cannot turn the children they adopt gay. Children having two dads or moms still have a normal life.
