This was when I asked everyone what their skills were. The ones that said "I don't know" well I assigned them a category to go into detail about. Three out of four of us kept in touch through emails and I would suggest edits to their works. By the third time we met, my group members would seek my approval for ideas. I was astonished at the leadership role I developed during this third meeting. It became natural and effortlessly I would provide my honest feedback. It all went smoothly until I realized one of our group members hasn't really done any work. At this point I realized, well do I suggest firing him or should I attempt to provide him with an opportunity to show us his skills? I thought of the tasks that were left to do, realizing we needed an outline of each of our slides. This was his only task. More details will follow in each group members evaluation, but I realized I wanted to be the "boss everyone likes" which ended up affecting my group in the end. I did take it upon myself that our restaurant had not been presented to its full potential. It served as a big lesson, I realized in order to be a great leader not everyone has to like
