Information Management
From the beginning, I was deeply impressed with Module 8 (SP Management) generally, and particularly sub-module 8.3 (Information Management); because the information that we are using for a given program/project is either a key for our success or way for our failure. Obviously, information is power, as a quote by Daniel Burrus ’’Information is power only if you can take action with it. The other best experience I learned from the sub-module was about online group work; which I have never tried before, I really enjoyed the group work and would like to use this experience in my future career. In addition, I learned that when working with a group we need to have creative control over what things will look like or how will be managed and I learn to allow others to be in charge and take responsibility for their parts instead of taking them on myself
