CONTET AND CURRENT STATUS With the development of science and technology, the competition of the hotel industry is increasing. Most of the marketers are using networking sites to find customers. To begin with, when people posted some pictures that the company does not want associated with their brand. Such as, a person posted a picture when customer arguing with front desk clerk on Fackbook, therefore, people will think that employee are unrespect with customer and also will think that customer service might be terrible when people saw this picture on Facebook. However this situation will impact the brand image and the reputation of the hotel. With after that, people can edit slfies posted to their company’s site and social media page, but people cannot control what other people are posting to their sites. There is highly competitive market in the hotel industry. If selfies is a good promote strategic for the hospitality, hence, every hotel are going to using selfies, because of everyone can see the picture on the social media, hotel A using a picture to their company site which is come from their customer who posted a picture that is a glass of cocktail in the bar, however, hotel B saw this picture on hotel A’s website and he likes this picture and he also using this this picture to their sites.
