In general, most people love their job and some get there early and leave late because they feel comfortable in their work environment, but for others it could be like going to the dentist because they hate their work place. I’m currently in the Navy, and one of my previous assignment’s I was informed I was going to be working as a Navy Recruiter and I learned that the key to be successful in this job is to be able to work well with your co-workers in your office. In preparation for this tour, I was sent to a Navy Recruiting school was in Florida to learned to manage the different conflicts that we’re going to encounter, communication techniques, teamwork and negotiation techniques in order to convince the people of the community that they should consider the Navy as an option. In the process, we talk about our individual goals and our office goals so, we exchange proposals and we used counter proposals during the negotiation process so, we can both reach a satisfactory settlement that we both were comfortable with in which this defined as negotiation (Cahn, D., &. Abigail, R. A, 2014, p. 227). During the negotiation process, he stated the came up short the first few months and saw an opportunity to put in four bodies to make up his previous short comings which I learned in the assignment this is call minimax (Cahn, D., &. Abigail, R. A, 2014, p. 229). In contrast, I stated my concerns and we enter into the bargaining range, but I clearly had defined a resistance point where I was willing to concede with minimal loss on my part because I felt I was the better recruiter than he was (Cahn, D., &. Abigail, R. A, 2014, p.
