Not many people know how to use this language correctly, I want to be able to spread the knowledge of this particular language. My family and spanish teachers influenced my ability to learn more of the Spanish language. Spanish plays a huge role in my life I speak spanish more than English due to my spanish speaking family. At first writing it was difficult because there are many rules that you have to apply to each word. After learning about the accents I was able to understand my target language better. I was also troubled in speaking it because I did not speak it the way that I was supposed to, I spoke the slang version of it, but thanks to my teachers I learned how to speak it properly. …show more content…
I have learned about different spanish speaking cultures such as the argentinians, spaniards, salvadorans, cubans, and my own mexican. This has opened the doors to a new way of communication because unlike monolingual speakers I am able to connect more with those cultures, I am able to understand them better. Listening and speaking my target language helps me understand more of other cultures, for example I am able to understand why they do certain things differently, why there customs are different from ours. Reading and writing also helps because I have become one with the language and it is all about having a connection with the spanish speaking language that starts the knowledge of the these
