Since I did not work Monday or Tuesday, most of my day was open to exercise. For these two days I used the “buddy system” that we learned about in the improving exercise and adherence Spark. On Monday, my roommate and I went to Possum Creek Skate Park for a total of 4 hours. Of those four hours, I would say we skate boarded for at least three. Tuesday was the same; however, we did not get to skateboard as long since the whether was not permitting. Of these two days, I feel like I got the right amount of exercise to help with mental and physical stress.
