Most people know How. People know how to do their jobs well and sometimes they are successful but they will never change the world. In order to fix this, we should merge those who know Why with those who know How. When we partner these people, we can change the world. Once you know Why and How you move to What. What is controlled by a part of the brain that controls logical thought and language. The leader is the represents the emotional limbic brain and is the reason we do what we do. What the company does and says represent the logical thought and language of the neocortex. Why is in the part of the brain that regulates feelings and decision making but not language.
