Paul and Clara Jobs had some high school education and promised that Jobs would go to college. A few years later the family adopted another child and named her Patty. Jobs was difficult as a toddler and his mom even questioned if she had made a mistake adopting him. Paul was working for a finance company collecting bad debts and on his free time he would fix up cars in his garage and sell them after for profit. He showed Jobs how to use a hammer and gave him small tools and taught him how to build things, how to take things apart and assemble them back together, “He was a sort of genius with his hands. He can fix anything and make it work and take any mechanical thing apart and get it back together” Jobs told an Interviewer. Intel Company had developed a single chip that could be used to program and at a meeting Wozniak had the idea to make a computer with the chips, but they were expensive, so later on they found a company who made the same chips for less and then they came up with the name Apple Computer and then they told Ron Wayne a former boss at Atari to come up with the logo. Since Wozniak was working at HP he showed them the computer, but they weren’t interested, so they made Wayne a partner.
