Likewise, numerous barriers to effective communication abound ranging from the organization size, reporting structure and the amount of information to be shared. In Tricia’s case, these restrictions entail improper listening habits, language, information conveyance tools, employee perception, and feedback. To overcome the mentioned obstacles, Tricia employs a strategy of sitting down and talking face-to-face with new staff members and walking around chatting with the other workers. Essentially, the identified approach ensures the passage of information and clarification of unclear aspects in a better way than a flyer or a poster would have done.
