2.1 Project Objectives:
• Develop a new information system that provides capability of handling of school admission process, enrolment, attendance management, accounts, transport and the library system within a period of three months by creation of Willow brook school management system, which reduces the manual process carried for school admission process by 50%.
2.2 Acceptance Criteria
1. This project as a whole, including the technical solution, will be deemed a success if:
• Human transaction processing times for admission are reduced as specified in the business case.
• System is stable as specified in the business case.
• All user requirements developed by the group of users are met.
• User requirements exercises are conducted early and include appropriate representatives from the school staff.
• The project is delivered within budget.

• If changes were not identified for draft deliverables within the time frame in the project timeline it will cause delays to the project schedule.
• All team members for the project will follow the Communications Plan.
• The Willowbrook School will ensure that the technological infrastructure that is needed to support the new information system is available on time.
• All project members will accept the guidelines specified in the project plan.
• The Project Plan might change as new information or new requirements or issues are revealed.
• All staff and volunteers will collaborate in the planning activities.
• Suitable staff were identified and recruited for this new project.
• All staff was trained to use the new system.
• All government guidelines were followed while creation of information system.
• Adequate budget has been allocated to complete the project.
