According to Bartolomé and Steffens (2015) aim to reverse the ability of MOOCs from the perspective of learning theory and learning self-control. They compile the point of view of the learning theory by discussion small group in MOOCs. Development of the process has in two stages. In the first, they collected a specific learning theory and gave special attention on how to access the self-control theory for their own learning. And the second, they reviewed by the potential to combine elements of learning theory and learning self-control depend on the concept
