In my class I use many different sources. Some of these sources are used more often than others but each has a purpose. I have been teaching at the Robert A. Brown Center for 5 years now and every year I find new sources to improve the learning in my classroom. I have learned over the years that not all the sources I use will work for all students therefore my sources can change with the clients/ students that I have and what their backgrounds are. I have to be able to adapt to my students.Here are a few of the sources that I have found over the years to be the most effective for my Physical Education and Health classes.

• Choose MyPlate. (2015, June 19). Retrieved October 14, 2015. Choose MyPlate is another website to help people with healthy eating. This site was presented by the government and the food industry to help inform consumers. Choose MyPlate has different tabs for different age groups like Children, Students, Adults, and Professionals. The website also has a tab for multiple languages. Choose MyPlate has main interactive tools like a BMI (Body Mass Index) Calculator and comprehension quizzes. The readings are very short and to the point. It is written at a low high school reading level with a 11 or 12 size font. There are only a few picture throughout the book which are at the start of each chapter. The first half of the book is the 7 simple tips that can help make a person healthier and happier. Some of these tips are Make reading a habit, Breakfast is a must, and even Sleep and recover. The book then talks about what bodybuilders go through to become a professional bodybuilder. The second half of the book is like a biography which focuses more on his experiences as a bodybuilder than his
