So Moses took the rod from before the Lord as He commanded him. And Moses and Aaron gathered the assembly together before the rock; and he said to them, “Hear now, you rebels! Must we bring water for you out of this rock?” Then Moses lifted his hand and struck the rock twice with his rod; and the water came out abundantly, and the congregation and their animals drank. Then the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron, “Because you did not believe Me, to hallow Me in the eyes of the children of Israel, therefore you shall not bring this assembly into the land which I have given them.” (Numbers 20:7-12) These verses state that Moses didn’t do what God exactly instructed him to do and that Moses didn’t believe with all his heart what God was going to do. Then the lame shall leap like a deer, And the tongue of the dumb sing. For waters shall burst forth in the wilderness, And streams in the desert.” (Isaiah 35:5-6) That He would be rejected by His own people “The stone which the builders rejected Has become the chief cornerstone” (Psalms 118:22) The precise time in when He would die (Daniel 9:24-26) How He would die “And I will pour on the house of David and on the
