What considerations should the helper give to the physical setting?
The helper should make the physical setting very comfortable for the client so they can feel peaceful and confortable with the helper. Also a important thing is to make sure all barriers have been removed.

The helper can introduce the problem identification by giving examples of the types of problems they may possibly be facing or dealing with, and how they can set goal to move past this problem.
6. During the intervention stage, when is referral appropriate? Referral is appropriate at the end of the intervention stage because they have already identified the problem, and figure out ways to work through them.

Normally termination occurs when the client and the helper have reached a point when they have worked through all of their problems and concerns. However there are some situations where the termination is not always healthy or a positive experience. Sometimes because the client and the helper are not reaching the goal they need to.

What is the cognitive component of a message? A cognitive of a message talks about who what where when and why. The affective component is more based on the feeling part of the message and the intent behind it.

The key to working with culturally different clients is the fact that for many there is barrier already form before the communication even begins.

The problems that can take place are is that you may do something that offends them or their religion as a whole most take it personally which then lets them down because they thought they where receiving
