Starting with the five components and their corresponding exercises, you should do them for at least 2 days a week. That is the absolute minimum, but any little bit will help you become stronger. Starting with a simple and easy task like walking could be just what you need. It is the best thing to start with and it will be easier motivation unlike running. You have to start out simple, so you don’t exert yourself or bore yourself. It needs to stay interesting and challenging, but not so challenging that you just get frustrated and want to quit.
