Most of the time I don’t measure what I eat; so, I would consider this as one of the resemblances to pre-agricultural diet. Additionally, I mainly eat protein foods and vegetables as well, such as beef, chicken, fish, potatoes, peppers, and tomatoes; however, the way my meal or food processed was either frying or grilling and with added several herbs and spices, such as turmeric, curry, salt, and pepper. I rarely eat fruits groups and nuts along with my meal. I mostly eat these on my spare time or break time. Lastly, the dairy products and grains were rare or non-existent in pre-agricultural diet; while in my diet, I eat dairy and grain foods, such as breakfast cereal, bread, white rice, pasta, tortillas, yogurt; and I drink milk products as well; but I usually choose fat-free (skim)
