To conclude, intellectually disabled people are facing with abuses in various ways and there are not effective solutions to adequately help them to deal with problems. For example, Charlie said “I think III be frends with Algernon.” and he wanted to have special relationship with the mouse by saying “After the lesson I went down and played with Algernon. We don't race any more.” Moreover, when Algernon died, Charlie put its body in a cheese box and buries him in the back yard. He showed how he felt sad by showing “I cried.” Charlie puts flowers on Algernon’s grave about once in a week to comfort his sorrow. In the end of the story, when Charlie leaves the place where he has been living for many years, he writes a letter to Mrs. Flynn and asks her to put flowers on Algernon’s grave by “P.P.S. Please if you get a chanse put some flowrs on Algernons grave in the bak yard
