An individual motivation is focused on biological and emotional factors as such motivation is difficult to explain the tasks and responsibilities’ in the organization. it can be influenced by the external factor.

3.4: Factors that influencing the employees motivation in the work place.
1.Labor welfare facilities:
The person who working in a factory is entitled to revive a medical facilities free of cost. Once a month, medical checkup is done to every worker.
2.First Aid Alliances:
First Aid Box with prescribed contents for the workers who need it is fitted need the working stand. The name and address of the doctor and nurse is also mentioned in this box whenever need arises.
3.Provident Fund:
Under the provision of provident fund act,12% of the salary of the employees is deducted as contribution towards this fund.
4.Pension:
After the retirement ,the workers are paid half of their salary as pension
5.Service fund:
It is given to those workers who served minimum years in the factory. They are calculated on the basis of the annual salary of the workers.
