Collins says, “Codes of Ethics and Conduct demonstrate managerial concern about ethics, convey a particular set of values to all employees, and have an impact on employee behavior. They provide employees with clear and consistent moral guidance” (Collins, 2009). Unfortunately, “ethics isn 't always second nature and isn 't necessarily “one size fits all”- it is something that we must be continually working on, and its deeply personal” (Pastor, 2015).

Individuals decision making can devastate a whole organization,“A groups success or failure is highly dependent on the behaviors of its individual members“ (Johnson, 2015).
