Introduction How often do you eat? For some, they eat more than three times a day which happens to be a habit. There are good and bad examples of eating habits. These habits may reflect on what we feel, what mood we have, or what kind of personality we have. Thus, these habits can lead to obesity. According to Trichesa and Giugliani (2005), food intake has been related to obesity not only in terms of the volume of food ingested, but also in terms of the composition and quality of the diet.
