That is not something that I normally do not consume enough of so that surprised me. The small lemonade that I drank on Day 2 had the most vitamin C in it with 21.1 mg. Vitamin D is something that I am supposed to have about 15 mcg and I only had 2.57 mcg. This was found mostly in the Chocolate milk that I drank on Day 3. Vitamin E or Alpha Tocopherol is suppose to be about 15 mg. meanwhile I only had 0.50 mg. This means this is something that I did not consume enough of. It was mostly in the Honey bun I ate on Day 1. Folate is a vitamin that is recommended to be 400.00 mcg and I had an intake of 362.76, which is actually very close to being what I should have eaten. I may not like these changes but I need to make them in order to have a balanced diet. Without this change I have a higher chance in dealing with diseases and that is something I do not want. Making a conscious decision about what I put in my mouth and the nutrients that it has is something that I definitely will start focusing on. I also have learned to stay away from more processed foods and instead choose more natural fruits and vegetables. Eating nuts as a snack instead of junk processed food is the way to go. The data I have gathered has allowed me to understand what I should be in taking, the changes that must occur, and why it is important. Making a conscious decision is something that I have taken from my food
