(Strayer 37) The Agricultural Revolution was very important because of how “forests and grasslands became cultivated fields and grazing lands.” (Strayer 37) The life of a farmer did require a person to live a settled life. The European civilization experienced an accelerating change with the use of agriculture. A “growth in long-distance trade” was a result of the change that occurred in the European civilization.
